Mission
Egalité Renaissance Congo is a non –Profit organization led by a group of human rights defenders committed to promoting equality of rights and empowering the LGBTQ+ community in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We strive to build an inclusive future by providing capacity-building opportunities, professional training, and psychosocial support specially designed for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) individuals.
Vision
Our vision, guided by human rights principles, is of a Congolese society where every individual, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity, is respected, equal in rights, and has the opportunity to thrive fully. We aspire to create an environment where diversity is celebrated, discrimination is eradicated, and the LGBTQ+ community flourishes

Safe Haven Support Group (Psychosocial Support)
Aim: Fostering Mental Health and Emotional Well-being Description: The Safe Haven Support Group offers a safe and nurturing space for LGBTQ+ individuals to express themselves, share experiences, and access professional counseling services. Through group therapy sessions, individual counseling, and peer support networks, we provide essential psychosocial support to help our members navigate the challenges of their sexual or gender identity.
Equality Now Campaign (Rights Advocacy)
Aim: Advocating for Legal Protections and Social Equality Description: The Equality Now Campaign mobilizes community members and allies to advocate for equal rights and protections for LGBTQ+ individuals in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
